FIELD: biotechnology, veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of vaccine preparations against pyocyanic infection in fur wild animals, preferably in polar foxes and foxes. Strain of bacterium Pseudomonas aeruginosa 5211 is deposited in collection of strains that are pathogens of diseases in fur wild animals of museum of bacterial and viral cultures of Science-Research institute of fur farming and rabbit breeding (NIIPZK) named for V. A. Afanasiev and has registration number 5211. Strain relates to serovariant 06. Strain is cultured in Marten's broth or synthetic medium at 32 C for 18-20 h at constant shaking. After control of grown culture for toxicogenicity and proteolytic activity bacterial mass is separated and inactivated and then aluminum hydroxide as added as an adjuvant and packaged. Invention ensures to prevent the concealed loss in reproduction of fur wild animals in farms with pyocyanic infection being independently of serological pattern of pathogen. EFFECT: strain indicated above, enhanced effectiveness of vaccine.
