FIELD: cleaning gas from solid and liquid admixtures; oil, chemical, gas and food-processing industries; power engineering. SUBSTANCE: device includes first and second sections which are connected in succession and are provided with working and detachable members built in cylindrical housing with transversal partitions dividing the first and second sections in way of flow of gas being cleaned; first section is made in form of phase inertial and gravitational separator; second section is made in form of straight-flow centrifugal separator which consists of at least one separating tube with swirler at inlet and gas bypass passage which is used for communication of inter-tube space of second section with cleaned gas outlet. Bypass passage is made in form of injector; injecting gas inlet of this injector is communicated with upper part of cavity of first section and injected gas inlet is communicated with upper portion of cavity of second section. Housing of device is mounted horizontally in such way that gas being cleaned is admitted to first section from end of housing through deflector; partitions are immovably secured relative to inner wall of housing; cavities of first and second sections are communicated at the bottom of housing with cavity of common collector by means of vertical branch pipes; entrapped admixture are removed through check valves fitted in lower portion of branch pipes; these valves are provided with position sensors. Besides that, separating tube is provided with separated admixture discharge passage within boundaries of cavity of second section; this passage is made in form of longitudinal tangential slot whose sharp leading edge is flush with inner diameter of tube. Optimal distance between cleaned gas outlet of swirler and slot is at least one and half calibers of tube; length of slot oriented opposite inlet of vertical branch pipe of second section shall be no less than length of one revolution of spiral trajectory of gas being cleaned in separating tube.
