SUBSTANCE: antenna that has electrically short antenna element, inverting amplifier whose input is directly connected to electrically short antenna element, amplifier surge protective circuit connected in parallel with amplifier input, and negative- feedback reactance unit inserted between input and output of amplifier is provided, in addition, with frequency- dependent two-terminal network set up of two or more components of different reactivity whose reactance in vicinity of high-power interference frequencies is lower than that of feedback circuit with same kind of reactivity; at other frequencies their reactance is higher. Antenna may be mounted on equipment operating under heavy electromagnetic impacts such as mobile communication equipment on board sea-going ships.
