FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves drilled sowing of winter or summer fodder crops, such as oat, at 50% plant seeding rate; drilled sowing of intermediate crop, such as spring rape, in spring at an angle to rows of cover fodder crop; providing protection, mowing and harvesting of green mass for further usage as animal feed. Prior to sowing cover summer crop, full norm of mineral fertilizer is introduced into soil. Chemical means are used for protection of fodder plants in the process of growing. Upon mowing of all fodder crops, undersowing crop stubble is additionally protected from exotoxic action of insects by applying insecticide preparation onto it by spraying stubble with insecticide solution. Prior to spraying, stubble is combed in the course of undersowing crop rows of intermediate fodder crop. Stubble combing and spraying are effected upon each mowing operation. EFFECT: increased yield of fodder green mass and provision for multiple aftermath mowing during season. 10 cl
