FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves marking the outlines of the future fold, making skin incision, excising a part of intraorbital fat tissue, putting-in internal muscular and external sutures over the skin wound mouth edges. Cutanomuscular flap is cut out to the orbital fascia. The internal muscular sutures are put-in with orbital fascia and eyelid levator muscle aponeurosis. Skin incision is carried out 7-9 mm apart from the ciliary margin of the eyelid. EFFECT: improved cosmetic results. 2 cl
