FEEDER Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: feeder has hopper mounted on mobile cart and equipped with dispensing auger whose charging and discharge parts are interconnected through back passage where auxiliary auger is positioned. Discharge opening of dispensing auger is closed with spring-loaded gate equipped with lever, which cooperates with adjustable feelers fixed along cart advancement path. Feelers are pivotally attached to wall in opposed relation to feeders. Each feeder is formed as plank with one end fixed to wall by pins. Feeders of such construction may be used for conveying and differentiated dispensing feeds of different composition and consistency into continuous row of feeders. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 cl, 3 dwg
