SUBSTANCE: method involves administering polyenzyme preparation Wobenzym according to scheme varying with age group. 3 to 7 years old children take 3 dragees daily dose during the first 3 weeks, 4 dragees daily dose during the fourth week and 5 dragees beginning from the fifth week during 1.5-2 months. Positive changes in clinical manifestations of the disease being observed, the dose is reduced at a rate of 1 dragee per week in reverse order. 7 to 11 years old children take 3 dragees daily dose during the first 3 weeks, the dose is increased from the fourth to the seventh week at a rate of 1 dragee every week, the dose is kept at the level of 7 dragees a day during 1.5-2 months beginning from the seventh week. Positive changes in clinical manifestations of the disease being observed, the dose is reduced at a rate of 1 dragee per week in reverse order. 11 to 14 years old children receive the preparation during 11 months. The daily dose taken is 3 dragees during the first 3 weeks, the dose is increased from the fourth to the ninth week at a rate of 1 dragee every week, the dose is kept at the level of 9 dragees a day during 1.5-2 months beginning from the ninth week.
