FIELD: foundry, namely technique of centrifugal casting of rollers of billet continuous casting machines. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of casting melt metal of martensite-ferrite class into rotating mold at adding powdered modifying additives to melt; after formation of achieving thickness of outer layer of blank, going on adding of modifying powdered additives to melt and uniformly decreasing their flowrate until zero; simultaneously introducing powdered iron to melt and uniformly increasing its flowrate from zero up to (1.5-3.0)% of metal quantity cast per second; after formation of intermediate layer of mixture of modifying additives and iron powder with thickness (2-4)mm, going on adding of iron powder until termination of melt casting to mold. Intermediate layer provides stabilization of linear and volumetric expansion along depth of blank layers; it prevents cracking at process of occurring thermal stresses in roller.
