FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: in proposed vehicle transfer case torque converter is combined with interaxle differential which includes sun gear 7, epicyclic gear 8 and carrier 4. Shifter clutch 9 rigidly couples shaft 2 with shaft of carrier 4 and with sun gear 7. Shifter clutch 10 rigidly couples shaft 5 with epicyclic gear 8 and with shaft of carrier 4. This clutch is arranged in interlock clutch 11. Shifter clutch 15 couples carrier 4 or sun gear 7 with driven shaft 6 through pair of gear wheels 13 and 14. Interlock clutch 11 is in constant coupling with epicyclic gear 8 and is mechanically coupled through friction surfaces with ring 16 at axial displacement. Ring 16 engages with locking members 17 arranged in holes of disk 12 and pressed to ring 16 by flexible members 18. Disk 12 meshes with ring 16 through gear rims. Axial clearance "l" in mechanical of clutches 11 and 10 is equal to value of displacement of clutch 10 when direct drive with differential distribution of power flow is shifted in.
