SUBSTANCE: the system has a body, electric network, power unit with an exhaust pipe connection, it differs from similar known systems by the fact that it uses a vessel with liquid installed on the exhaust pipe connection, controlled valve, whose inlet and outlet are connected by gas conduits respectively to the exhaust pipe connection and the vessel with liquid, and the electric input-via the first switch - to the electric network, connected to the vessel through a water pipe-line in succession are the change-over cock, pump, whose electric drive is connected to the electric network via the second switch, relief valve, whose second inlet is connected through the first additional water pipe-line to the second outlet of the change-over cock, and the second outlet-through the second additional water pipe-line and the safety valve- to the second inlet of the vessel with liquid, distribution device and sprayers positioned on the surface of the object body.
