FIELD: locking devices of rotary members of covers of firing structures, as well as of covers of cellars, doors of garages, etc. SUBSTANCE: the device has a locking ear installed on a rotary member and a locking bolt installed on a fixed member. The locking ear is installed for hinging-out towards the rotary member, it is spring-loaded by a spring relative to it, has a projection for returning it to the working position, engageable with the fixed member, and a restricting stop for fixing it in this position, engageable with the rotary member. EFFECT: reduced projection of the locking ear on the rotary member in the open position of the latter. 3 dwg
