FIELD: radio engineering, radiolocation. SUBSTANCE: invention can find use in aerological sondes and meteorological rockets to measure range. Superregenerative transceiver has generator of supering pulses, selfexcited oscillator, antenna, power supply source, capacitor and unit stabilizing average current. Output of generator of supering pulses is connected via capacitor to first input of self-excited oscillator, antenna is connected to output of self-excited oscillator. First output of power supply source is connected to input of generator of supering pulses, its second output is linked to input of unit stabilizing average current whose outputs are correspondingly connected to second and third inputs of self-excited oscillator. Self-excited oscillator is based on two-resonator circuit and incorporates transistor, first and second resonators, first and second chokes and inductance. First resonator is placed between inductance and collector of transistor, second resonator is placed between inductance and emitter. Collector of transistor is connected via first choke to second input of self-excited oscillator, emitter of transistor is connected via second choke and third output to common leads-out of generator of supering pulses, unit stabilizing average current and power supply source. Inductance is placed between common point of resonators and base of transistor. EFFECT: raised stability, efficiency and accuracy of operation of transceiver. 9 dwg
