FIELD: radio electronics. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as base structure in manufacture of radio electron devices for reception and processing of signals of satellite navigation systems. Technical objective is provision of possibility of employment of common basic structure when manufacturing devices which use one external power supply source and which use own reference signals formed either by own reference oscillator located on multilayer printed circuit board or external reference signals sent through high-frequency connector located on multilayer printed circuit board. In this case elimination of parasitic and induced noise is secured under conditions of placement of heterogeneous functional elements of various degree of integration working with different signals of various frequencies on multilayer printed circuit board of unit. Multilayer printed circuit board includes N≥6 conducting layers. Electric and radio elements of multilayer printed circuit board are grouped in M zones, first zone being zone of functional arrangement of analog electric and radio elements, following zones being zones of functional arrangement of digital electric and radio elements. Ground planes of first zone are located in two internal conducting layers adjacent to external conducting layers. Ground planes of following zones are located in one of internal conducting layers adjacent to one of external conducting layers and are coupled by printing one to another and to ground plane of first zone located in same layer. I-th conducting layer with supply conductors of first zone and j-th conducting layer, where j≠i, with conductors of power supply of third and next zones made in the form of planes of digital power supply are located between second and (N-1) conducting layers. Planes of digital power supply of third and next zones and ground plane of last zone are coupled to contact elements POWER SUPPLY and GROUND which are linked to proper leads of low-frequency connector located in last zone. First group of lands forming location for arrangement of high-frequency connector intended for connection of external reference oscillator in case of employment of external reference signal and second group of lands forming location for placement of own reference oscillator in case of employment of own reference signal are positioned on external conducting layer in first zone. It is provided that lands are made in conducting layer for their electric connection by current conducting jumper if external reference signal is used.
