FIELD: rocketry. SUBSTANCE: liquid-propellant rocket engine with afterburning has a combustion chamber with gas duct and support members on housing of combustion chamber head, gimbal mount with fixed support part and hollow movable support cone with gas duct passed sidewise through support cone and connected with combustion chamber and system of engine tilting control actuators in the form of two actuators arranged in two relatively perpendicular planes with rods, power cylinders and forks for fastening rods to support cone. Movable support cone of gimbal mount consists of upper main conical part and lower split power ring adjoining the conical part and clamped together over horizontal split joint. Main upper conical part has an open hole to let pass gas duct. Split power ring is installed on support elements of combustion chamber head housing. EFFECT: possibility of mounting and demounting of gimbal mount with movable support cone at optimum mass of mount and overall dimensions and mass of tilting system. 4 cl, 5 dwg
