FIELD: metal corrosion, particularly, protection of metals from atmospheric and biological corrosion; applicable in mechanical and instrumentation engineering, and in other industries. SUBSTANCE: anticorrosive composition includes, g/l: orthophosphoric acid, 70-120; zinc oxide, 8-10; sodium hexametaphosphate, 0.01-0.05; calcium hypophosphite, 0.05-0.10; product of reaction of alkali metal salts of benzoic and chromic acids, 0.8-1.0; detergent, 14.3-15.6; water, the balance. Detergent contains, g/l: sodium metasilicate, 3.0-3.5; trisodium phosphate, 5.0-5.5; sodium carbonate, 5.5-6.0; surfactant OP-7 or OP-10, 0.8-1.0. Composition is applied to article surface in its machining simultaneously with its supply to zone of machining with time of contact with machined surface of at least 30 s in machining zone and not more that 3 h after completion of machining at ambient air and machined surface temperature of 10-30 C.
