SUBSTANCE: device includes time interval converter for converting time interval between two pulses into code, coincidence gate, additional multiplier, amplitude-to-code converter and permanent storage. Speed sensor output is connected with the first input of coincidence gate through time interval converter. Coincidence gate has output connected with the first input of divider and the second input connected with input of amplitude-to-code converter. Output of amplitude-to-code converter is connected with the second input of multiplier through permanent storage; output of multiplier is connected with the first input of additional multiplier having the second input and output connected, respectively, with output of signal duration determination unit and with indicator input.
