FIELD: medicine, phytotherapy. SUBSTANCE: larch wood of milled base of tree trunk that is the most enriched with diquertin is extracted with ethyl acetate. Extract is evaporated, treated with hot water and filtered off from impurities. From the cooled aqueous solution diquertin is crystallized that corresponds to indices of Temporary Pharmacopoeia Article. Proposed method is tested in experimental unit successively. Method involves the use only a single organic solvent that can be regenerated completely and provides high degree of extraction and required purity in industrial unit.
