FIELD: oil industry. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to open productive pool of new wells, to stimulate and bring to production wells at later stages of development, to raise intake of injection wells intended to maintain seem pressure. Invention secures growth of oil output of pool. Process includes hydraulic sandblasting perforation of casing string and cutting of duct in cement stone, extraction of products through production well and pumping of working agent through injection well with subsequent cutting of duct in pool. Guiding shoe is inserted into casing string prior to insertion of hydraulic sandblasting perforator, flexible high-pressure hose with hydraulic perforator is brought in after formation of hole in casing string and duct in cement stone. It carries two conical injectors for outlet of water and sand mixture. Perforator is turned through 180 degrees to cut hole in casing string and duct in cement stone. Flexible hose with hydraulic perforator is brought out. Hydraulic perforator with nozzle-injector to form frontal cutting jets and reactive jets is then brought into hole in casing string and duct in cement stone. It secures movement of perforator in frontal direction and removal of washed away rock into shaft of well. If necessary perforation is repeated in another direction and at another level.
