FIELD: mechanical engineering; diesel engines. SUBSTANCE: invention is used for connecting speed governor with fuel-injection pumps. Proposed control mechanism is essentially a leverage connecting output shaft of speed governor with control racks of fuel-injection pump. It contains limit switch, pneumatic drive with electropneumatic valve for cutting off some cylinders, and two shafts with fitted-on levers coupled with fuel-injection pump. One of shafts, connected with control racks of pumps which remain connected at idling of pumps, is coupled at one side with speed governor by means of two levers and telescopic tie-rod placed between levers, and is coupled at other side with shaft connected with control racks of disconnectable fuel-injection pumps by means of levers pressed to each other by spring. Connection of shafts providing movement of disconnectable and non- disconnectable part of pumps is provided by three levers first of which is rigidly coupled with shaft connected with speed governor and it does not cut off fuel delivery at engine idling, two other levers being mounted on other shaft. One of these levers has three rigidly coupled arms and it freely rotates on shaft, and it freely rotates on shaft, and other lever is rigidly coupled with shaft. Both levers rigidly coupled with shafts are made L-shaped. Bent off ends of these levers between two arms of triple-arm lever and they are pressed to one of arms by spring whose one end rests on other arm of triple-arm lever and other end rests on lever rigidly coupled with disconnecting shaft. Drive designed for cutting off cutting off part of cylinders has two pneumatic cylinders arranged at angle of 90 deg relative to each other so as to make one of them act free end of triple-arm lever when compressed air is fed simultaneously into cylinders, and the other should act onto lever rigidly coupled with disconnecting shaft to compress locking spring and simultaneously release lever rigidly coupled with non-disconnecting shaft and turning disconnecting shaft into fuel feed cutoff position. EFFECT: possibility of disconnection of some engine cylinders without increasing load on output shaft of governor. 1 dwg
