FIELD: construction engineering; repair of any pipe lines in municipal services. SUBSTANCE: tubular insert of laminar structure is impregnated in thermoreactive binder containing peroxide initiating agent. Insert consists of at least two reinforcing sandwich-type layers: inner layer is impregnated with binder of peroxide hardening agent and outer layer is impregnated with liquid urethan elastomer with amine hardening agent. Inner and outer reinforcing layers of sandwich-type coat are laid coaxially beyond pipe line; they are preliminarily impregnated with thermoreactive binder; tubular laminar insert thus obtained is introduced inside pipe line and is pressed to inner surface of pipe line by pressure of heat-transfer agent, after which hardening of binder is effected in two stages. At first stage, hardening is performed at temperature of 90 to 100 C and pressure of heat-transfer agent of 0.01 to 0.02 MPa; at second stages, hardening is performed at temperature of 100 to 120 C and pressure of heat-transfer agent of 0.02 to 0.03 MPa. Device for realization of this method includes inflatable envelope provided with end blanks and coat located above inflatable envelope in form of tubular laminar insert impregnated in thermoreactive binder which are enclosed in common protective casing. One end of protective casing is provided with blank fitted with double-sided clamp; end blanks of inflatable envelope are provided with clamps on outer side; inside protective casing its clamp is connected with opposite clamp of inflatable envelope by means of short and long flexible rods of different strength. EFFECT: improved quality of coat due to adhesion between outer surface of tubular insert and inner surface of pipe line being repaired. 5 cl, 6 dwg
