FIELD: organic chemistry, agriculture. SUBSTANCE: invention describes a novel agriculture composition useful as an inhibitor of plants growth and/or selective herbicide with selectivity to agriculture crops and containing: a) the first one component taken among N-(phosphonomethyl)- -glycine or its salt, N,N-bis-(phosphonomethyl)-glycine or its salt, 4-[hydroxy(methyl)phosphinoyl] -L-homoalanyl-L-alanyl-L- alanine or its salt and 4-[hydroxy(methyl)phosphinoyl] -DL- homoalanine or its salt; b) the second one component taken among the group including derivatives of phosphorous acid of the formula (I) where R1 is -C1-C8-alkyl; M is barium, iron or aluminum atom; m is a whole number with equivalent to M valence; derivatives of chitosan of the formula (II) where n = 2-10 000; R2 is H, acetyl; organic acid metal salts taken among magnesium, aluminum, calcium salts of lactic, propionic, formic, acetic, levulinic, benzoic, citric, salicylic acids or magnesium ethoxide; aluminum nitrate, calcium phosphinate, ammonium-aluminum sulfate, potassium-ammonium sulfate; and c) optionally one the third component taken among maleic hydrazide and its salts, atrazine if the second component is any indicated above, except for chitosan derivative, and it is taken in the amount 0.01-20 weight p. p. per 1 weight p. of the first component; if chitosan is the second component then it is taken in the amount 1-100 weight p. p. per 1 weight p. of the first component and the third component is taken in the amount 1-50 weight p. p. per 1 weight p. of the first component. Invention describes also method of inhibition of plants growth and method of weed inhibition in agriculture crop plantings using the above indicated composition.
