SUBSTANCE: machine tool includes device for rolling off of coil drum with pulling press, device for cutting of panel and forming drum with device for catching the panel edge. Machine tool is additionally provided with mechanisms of flanging of winding drum and holding of internal and external bottoms, and devices for axial and end-face sewing together of winding drum.
