SUBSTANCE: locking device has body 1 with bell crank 2 fitted axially, control rod 3, hook 4 and hinge 5 made in form of fork with shaft secured in support by means of movable axle. Body has axle on which hook 4 is fitted which is articulated with one end of first rod and whose other end is provided with shaft secured on its and movably connected with elbow of second rod having L-shaped form; its upper end is located on pivoted axle of bell crank and lower end is connected with mechanism throwing hook from open to closed position and ice versa by means of lug made on bell crank in plane of rotation.
