FIELD: ammunition, in particular, explosive charges produced of ballistite powders used in blasting operations. SUBSTANCE: the explosive charge represents a channeled block of ballistite fuel, which incorporates an intermediate detonator in the form of channeled cylindrical block blanked off from one end of a pulse-sensitive primer, or an electric detonator of explosive compound. In the first modification of the charge the block of ballistite power has one channel and two grooves along the generating line located diametrically opposite each other, and the intermediate detonator is installed in the channel. In the second modification the charge has two channels - one central, and the other - on the one side in the middle of the block arch, parallel to the block axis, and the intermediate detonator is installed in the lateral channel. In the third modification the charge has three channels - one central, and the two others - in the middle of the block arch that are arranged symmetrically relative to the central channel, parallels to the block axis, and the intermediate detonator is installed in the central channel. In the fourth modification of the charge the block of ballistite powder has a single channel, and the intermediate detonator has a groove along the generating line of a semicircular or rectangular shape and is installed in the channel of the powder block.
