FIELD: cosmetics. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of agents used for hair care. Method of preparing hair lacquer involves the preparing lacquer base by mixing film-forming substances with the main solvent followed by cooling and addition of biologically active components and perfume to the lacquer base. Before addition to the lacquer base the biologically active components are mixed with binar mixture of solvents consisting of the main solvent and additional solvent that forms the molecular solution with biologically active components. Binar mixture of ethanol and diethyl ether is used in the use of CO₂-extracts of vegetable raw as a source of biologically active components. Method provides to prepare lacquer with high vitaminizing activity. EFFECT: improved method of preparing, enhanced quality of lacquer. 4 cl
