FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: self-adjusting sealing of rotating parts of volute centrifugal pump contains chamber of high pressure, housing provided with fixed bushing mounted with space to rotating wheel which is provided with annular groove. The annular groove receives ring made from antifriction material. The ring is cut into two parts interconnected through pin-groove connection. The pins parts are kept from spinning over the annular groove via the projection which is received in the hollow of the neck of the working wheel. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of the sealing. 2 dwg
