FIELD: measurement technology, gravitational measurements, seismometry. SUBSTANCE: given seismometer-clinometer-deformation meter has inert mass comprised of two symmetric magnetic systems insulated one from another by dielectric spacer. Each magnetic system includes magnetic circuit, permanent magnet and pole piece. Inert mass is anchored in cylindrical case made of dielectric material with the aid of bracket and two springy joints. Two rods of magnetically soft alloy are fixed in dielectric case uniaxially with longitudinal axis of magnetic systems and are located in holes in butt parts of magnetic systems inside which three-section coil put on form anchored in dielectric cylindrical case and placed in feedback circuit of operational amplifier is mounted. Output electrodes of displacement transducer are positioned on internal surface of dielectric cylindrical case in symmetry with vertical axis of magnetic systems and are separated by dielectric material. Magnetic circuits of two magnetic systems which present two initiating electrodes of capacitive displacement transducer are connected to opposition outputs of generator of sinusoidal oscillations. In this case output electrodes of capacitive displacement transducer are connected to inputs of computation unit whose output is output of deformation meter and of adder whose output is output of clinometer and is linked to input of operational amplifier whose output is output of seismometer.
