FIELD: medical equipment, particularly, apparatuses for conduction of ultrasonic physiotherapy. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has radiator of ultrasonic oscillations whose radiating surface is comprised of electroacoustic converters connected via amplifiers with frequency oscillator including several forming channels, each with own frequency at output. Control input of each amplifier is connected with corresponding output of control program unit which is connected through its other control outputs and through switching devices with corresponding amplifiers. EFFECT: automated performance of procedure with limited participation of servicing personnel. 1 cl, 1 dwg
