FIELD: concentration of minerals; leaching noble metals from gold-bearing raw material. SUBSTANCE: method includes treatment of material, either moistened or dehydrated till filling the pores with water with electromagnetic pulses. Treatment is performed at amplitude of field component intensity exceeding electrical strength of material and duration of pulse edge which is lesser than time of forming spark discharge in air gap equal to thickness of layer of material. After treatment, material is subjected to leaching. Humidification is performed to solid-to-liquid ratio of 3:1 to 3: 1. Humidification is performed with water at acid or alkali reaction.
