FIELD: abrasive industry, producing high workpieces of grinding and polishing wheels mainly without openings. SUBSTANCE: die contains roll cage 1 provided with internal conical surface which angle is larger than angle of friction, split die block 2 provided with conical surface and clearance. Upper punch contains steps 3,4,5. Step 4 is of smaller diameter and is placed between lower step 3 adjoined with the internal surface of the die block and between upper step 5 which is of larger diameter. Also there is lower punch 6. Mechanism for holding die block 2 contains flange 7 and flexible members 8 mounted between face end of step 5 and face end of flange 7. EFFECT: enhanced reliability, simplified production, reduced working out for producing and exploiting. 2 dwg
