FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: butt joint of reinforced concrete structures mainly designed for operation at high heat, intensive dynamic and cyclic loads is used for example to join members of buildings frames, framed reinforced concrete foundations of turbine-generator sets, and other pieces of power equipment, as well as for their repair and strengthening. Butt joint has supporting part, bearing-supporting structure of foundation, monolithic concrete of supporting part and clearance between edges being joined and foundation bolts in corner areas. Novelty is that supporting part in the middle of transversal and longitudinal sides is provided with transversely and longitudinally diagonal axially symmetric anchors, respectively; surfaces of transversal joining foundation sides and supporting part are joined by monolithic concrete and expansion joints made of plastic material, 1-2 mm wide, beyond marking axes of foundation bolts; the latter installed in through wells are monolithed over part of their length equal to at least 15 diameters of their pins.
