HYDRAULIC SYSTEM WITH SYNCHRONOUS CONTROL Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: mining; hydraulic systems with synchronous control of road-building machines. SUBSTANCE: hydraulic system with synchronous control has regulated hydraulic pump with control spool sensitive to load, working fluid tank, safety valves in power hydraulic line and LS hydraulic line, hydraulic control valve with working sections. Each working section accommodates main spool serving as pressure compensator to whose ends, in addition to control pressure, load pressure is applied from side of control signal, from opposite side of LS pressure line. Each working branch is connected with LS line through check valve. Line of load signal supply or LS line to spool end is connected with LS line through normally closed two-position spool which is opened by control pressure from opposite end of main spool. Flow area from pressure line to working branch may be in inverse proportion to square root of pressure differential under plungers inside main spool. EFFECT: simplified hydraulic system with synchronous control. 2 cl, 1 dwg
