FIELD: communication. SUBSTANCE: device can be employed in radio interferometry with superlong bases, in unified time and frequency service. Device has geostationary satellite-repeater, first and second ground stations. Each ground station includes time and frequency calibration instrument, generator of pseudo-noise signal, analog and digital descramblers. Generator of pseudo-noise signal of each station incorporates analog and digital scramblers. Circuit design of proposed device provides for comparison of time scales of ground stations, makes it possible to exchange analog and digital information with its protection against unauthorized access.
