Carrier is taken out of stabilizing polyole and hydrophobic carbohydrate derivative (HCD). Stabilizing polyole refers to disaccharide, trisaccharide, oligosaccharide and their corresponding saccharine spirits. HCD has got carbohydrate basic chain and, at least, one hydroxyl group substituted by hydrophobic fragment. Transported substance is a pharmaceutical agent or biological modifier. Shape of a solid dosed delivery system is chosen out of press cakes, tablets, disks, films, suppositories, needles, microneedles, particles, microparticles, spheres, microspheres, powders and implanted means. In preference, carrier represents trehalose and transported substance represents cyclosporin A.
