METHOD OF DYEING SURFACES (OPTIONS) Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

Abstract RU 2177839 C2

FIELD: dyeing processes. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of applying lacquer coatings involving pneumatic and cinematic spraying of paint and aims at improving quality of dyeing and anticorrosive stability of coating. To preliminarily cooled carbon dioxide (powder cooling agent) is added dry carbon dioxide supplemented by volatile atmospheric corrosion inhibitor at concentration 50-100 g/cu. m. In another embodiment of invention, volatile atmospheric corrosion inhibitor (50- 100 g/cu. m) is added to preheated air flow blowing round lower portion of gas bell from the side opposite to direction of displacement of paint spraying torch along the surface to be dyed. EFFECT: considerably improved dyeing quality and anticorrosive stability of coating, reduced probability for paint particles from spraying torch to get into ambient air. 2 cl, 3 dwg
