SUBSTANCE: the door actuator has dampers and a U-shaped band spring, whose one of the branches is fixed to the door frame, and the other has a kinematic coupling to the door leaf through a transient link consisting, for example, of a bracket with a roller secured on it. The dampers are made on the basis of permanent magnets, two of which are installed near the bending on the inner surfaces of the branches of the U-shaped band spring with the like poles facing each other, and one damper is installed on one of its ends.
