SUBSTANCE: device incorporates microwave generator of fixed frequency connected with output to first arm of tee-joint, first circulator, first and second waveguides, second circulator, first and second amplitude detectors, amplitude converter connected with output to indicator. Waveguides are vertically submerged in vessel with liquid to same depth. Second waveguide is longer than first waveguide by value λ/4,, where λ is length of electromagnetic wave in free space.
