FIELD: liquid fuels. SUBSTANCE: invention provides composition enhancing combustion of hydrocarbon fuels such as liquefied petroleum gas, gasoline, and diesel fuel and containing metal oxide catalyst dispersed in fuel-compatible liquid organic carrier. Catalyst, in particular, contains chromium and cobalt oxides and liquid organic carrier is based on Stoddard solvent. Blended fuel contains metal oxide catalyst, wherein metal is selected from alkali-earth and transition metals, and carrier containing Stoddard solvent in association with at least one high-temperature lubricant, surfactant, and emulsifier to disperse catalyst in solvent and thereby in indicated fuel.
