FIELD: technology of producing fruit-and-berry desserts. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing of prepared apple and apricot puree, bee honey, common salt, filbert, extract of Eleutherococcus, lipid-containing extract of biomass of Mortierella hydrophila microorganisms, rice grits and water. Prepared mixture is subjected to homogenization, sublimation drying, crushing and packaging in sealed package from combined film material "Mailar" type under aseptic conditions in vacuum. EFFECT: improved balance of main nutrient ingredients of composition applicable for using under autonomous conditions of existence.
