FIELD: engineering; antitheft devices. SUBSTANCE: in case of attempt of unauthorized use of vehicle, alarm is energized by system and its antitheft part interlocks engine and supplies alarm signal to owner by radio and information in operation of antitheft system is transmitted to paging network center where signals acting onto antitheft part of vehicle are formed in paging system channel. Radio communication channel with car owner is made with possibility of automatic control of good repair of car, and paging communication channel is made with possibility of action onto antitheft part of car. Peculiarity of proposed method is that prior to transmission of signals from paging network center to antitheft part of car, signals are transmitted to its alarm part, and system is set into " panic duty" energizing additional alarm devices. To bring the system out of this duty "Master-label" or secret code is used. If criminal uses radio suspender or transponder, signal from these devices are cancelled by paging network center through paging channels to preclude their getting to alarm and antitheft parts of system. EFFECT: improved efficiency of antitheft protection of car. 6 cl, 1 dwg
