FIELD: railway transport; re-loading terminals and flat cars. SUBSTANCE: railway terminal for loading of railway flat cars with containers and/or unloading of containers from flat cars has rail track section 3 and platforms 4, 5 arranged along track section higher than rail track section. Stops 11 are provided at each side of rail track section against which body with load flooring of railway flat car to be loaded and/or unloaded thrusts. Railway flat car has special device for adjusting position of body in vertical direction relative to section of rail track to provide its suspension on stops and lifting from stops. In process of loading and/or unloading, load flooring of railway flat car is held at fixed pre-selected height. Mounting device is made in form of hydraulic or pneumatic suspension. Body is provided with stop surfaces with machined end faces for resting on stops at each side of body from its bottom. EFFECT: improved reliability. 1 cl, 4 dwg
