FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method includes collection of abrasive slurry upon grinding strontium ferrite magnets, washing from lubricating and cooling liquid, drying, grinding, pressing in magnetic field, and agglomerating; prior to grinding abrasive slurry is calcined at 1200-1250 C. Calcination is carried out in environment of aluminum oxide whose amount is 0.1% of powdered slurry mass for catalyzing phase change process. Used as slurry are grinding wastes with clean circulating water used as lubricating and cooling liquid.
