FIELD: cleaning gas from gas condensate. SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in action on gas flows by additional cold of vortex cooling effect. Method includes also absorption by liquid absorbent of gas condensate at reduced pressure, separation of gas flow into two flows: one flow is swirled in vortex tube 3 at simultaneous condensation of absorbent and supercooling and other flow is cooled and separated; gas cleaned from both flows is delivered to consumer. Device proposed for realization of this method includes vortex tube 3 mounted in casing 1 with inter-tube space 2; vortex tube includes hot flow chamber 4 and cold flow chamber 5 with energy divider placed at boundary of these flows; energy divider consists of tangential nozzles 6 and diaphragm disk 7 with axial passage 8. Profiled disk 9 mounted inside casing overlaps circular space 2 forming additional heat exchange chamber 10 performing function of cold transformer. Profiled disk 9 has radial passages 13 for discharge of condensate which is additionally separated in separation unit 15. Cleaned gas is delivered to consumer via branch pipes 12 and 17.
