SUBSTANCE: device has clock generator, memory device, two counters of which one is address counter, two RS flip-flops, multichannel time interval source, two AND gates, NOR gate, recorder with concurrent data input/output and control input, two NOT gates, 2x2AND-OR gate, 2x2AND-OR-NOT gate, differential voltage comparator, physical quantity sensor, three resistors, diode, capacitor, control-input keys, start bus, read-out control bus, and reference-voltage bus. Clock generator is provided with inverting control input and address counter, with additional output. Memory device is made in the form of random access memory having write-read control input, inverting "select IC" enabling -input, and data input/output.
