FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: proposed device can be used to measure parameters of rotating shafts, such as tension, deformation as well as torque and power on shaft. Device includes measurement half- bridge comprising two resistance strain converters 1 and 2 put on rotor, five current- collecting contacts 3-7 of current collector, power supply source 8, external measurement circuit located on stator which incorporates two voltage followers 9 and 10, differential amplifier 11, inverting adder 12 and divider 13. One of vertexes of half-bridge formed by extreme lead-out of resistance strain converter 2 is connected through current-collecting contact 5 and voltage follower 10 to inverting input of differential amplifier 11 whose output is linked to proper input of divider 13. Second vertex of half-bridge formed by extreme lead-out of resistance strain converter 1 is connected through current-collecting contact 6 and voltage follower 9 to one of inputs of inverting adder 12 whose output is linked to second input of divider 13 and to direct input of differential amplifier 11 which output is also connected to second input of inverting adder 12.
