SUBSTANCE: method involves treating livestock wastes with ovicide preparation suspension containing ground dried potato sprouts by introducing indicated suspension into livestock wastes for treatment time of at least 8 hours, with dilution coefficient being 10^-5-10^-6 per total volume of livestock wastes; three days later, introducing preparation of dried pumpkin sprouts powder at dilution coefficient of 10^-8 and treatment time of at least two days.
