FIELD: mechanical engineering; mounting of hydroturbine equipment of powerful hydraulic turbines, pumping units and reversible hydraulic machines with vertical arrangement of working shaft. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes fitting of lining of cone of sucking out (sucking in) pipe, mounting of base ring or chamber of working wheel, their pre-alignment, mounting of enlarged unit of inserts with their anchorage including stator into design position with preliminarily made foundation pedestals suspended from stator with subsequent concreting. Temporary support mounting base of enlarged unit of inserts is formed using upper end face of bearing structure of sucking out (sucking in) pipe or base ring stiffening ribs into which stator of hydraulic machine with fitted on foundation pedestals and linings of turbine shaft is installed by means of temporary supports with adjusting devices. Position of stator is checked to provide correct design mounting and then stator is fixed in position by concreting foundation pedestals. Concrete is cured till it obtains 80% of design rigidity, minimum, then temporary supports with design position checking devices are demounted and inserts and their anchorage are concreted tier by tier. EFFECT: reduced time taken by mounting and labor input, improved convenience of mounting. 10 dwg
