FIELD: optics. SUBSTANCE: given high-speed lens has four components. First component comes in the form of biconvex lens, second component presents positive meniscus facing object with convexity, third component is negative meniscus facing image with concavity and fourth component includes biconvex lens. Negative meniscus facing image with convexity and bonded to fourth component is placed in front of it. All relations between focal distances of lens and its components, thicknesses and air spaces as well as curvature radii are specified in formula of invention. This approach provides for formation of high-speed lens with relative aperture not less than 1: 1.7 and angular field in space of objects over 18 degrees with simultaneous good quality of image of dot on axis and all over field.
