FIELD: multiphase semiconductor devices. SUBSTANCE: a number of internal axial magnetic cores have two active end surfaces with slots accommodating three-phase primary windings. Respective number of other internal axial magnetic cores and axial side cores have one active end surface with slots accommodating multiphase secondary windings. Magnetic cores whose slots accommodate secondary windings are turned relative to those holding primary windings about their common symmetry axis each through angle where i ordinal number of magnetic core carrying secondary windings, m2 is phase number of each secondary winding; k2 is unitization factor equal to number of cores carrying secondary windings. Active end surfaces of side cores abut against butt-ends of internal cores. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture, reduced cost, improved magnetic properties of cores. 2 cl, 3 dwg
