SUBSTANCE: composition includes dichloromethane, isopropyl alcohol and surfactant in form of quaternary ammonium salts of oligomers of hexafluoropropylene oxide or chromaxan with the following amounts of components, wt. %: dichloromethane 41.5; isopropyl alcohol 58.5; said surfactant 0.1-0.25 above 100%. Technical result of invention is increased efficiency of treatment of bottom-hole formation zone, provision of treatment of bottom-hole zones, including those of deep wells, and also stable productivity of wells for maximum long period without restoration of blocking of bottom-hole formation zone. EFFECT: increase of filtering properties of bottom- hole formation zone and productivity of oil producing wells. 1 tbl
